Enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we store your name, email address and enquiry type. Your phone number, preferred date, number of guests and message are optional and are stored if you provide them. Authorised staff use these details to respond and handle your enquiry. We also store the enquiry’s date, status and the times of status changes.
Enquiries are not deleted automatically. Archiving changes an enquiry’s status but does not delete its data. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
Spam protection
To limit repeated enquiries, spam protection uses a one-way code derived from your IP address. The readable IP address is not stored in the form database. A one-way code derived from the enquiry’s contents is also used to recognise retries and avoid duplicates.
Email enquiries
If you email us, Farsta Värdshus uses the information you provide to respond and handle your enquiry. Contact us at info@farstavardshus.se if you have questions about your personal data.
Administration and notifications
Staff may choose to enable notifications on their devices. A technical push address, encryption keys and browser information are then stored and linked to the administrator’s account. Notifications do not show a customer’s contact details or message on the lock screen. Notifications can be disabled and registered devices removed in the administration area.
Maps and external services
Google Maps loads only when you have allowed external services in your cookie settings and actively choose to show the map. Your browser then connects to Google, which may process your IP address and use cookies under its own terms. You can also use the link to open the map directly on Google.
Cookies and analytics
The website loads no analytics or marketing tools in your browser and uses no analytics or marketing cookies of its own. Public visits do not store information in your browser’s local storage. Administrator sign-in uses essential session cookies through Supabase.
Your cookie preferences are saved in the first-party cookie fv_cookie_consent for 180 days. It contains only the version, category choices and the time of your choice. You can change or withdraw your choice through Cookie settings at the bottom of the page.
Website services
The website is hosted by Netlify. Supabase is used for form data, staff sign-in and website images. These service providers may process technical connection details, such as IP addresses and web request information, to deliver and operate their services. The one-way code used for spam protection does not hide your IP address from service providers or from Google when you open the map.
